Digital readiness is the ability of the organisation to accept, implement, develop and sustain the use of the newest hardware and software to achieve strategic, tactical and operational objectives. In the public sector, such as hospitals, digital readiness is the process or ability to create a range of soft and digital skills, new knowledge, understanding and awareness across different sectors to work in a new and cooperative way.
