Osnovne metode i tehnike za on – line promociju

Osnovni cilj bloga je da ukaže na raznovrsnost metoda i tehnika koje se koriste za internet i on- line promociju proizvoda i usluga. Namenjen je start – up osnivačima koji su nevešti ili im fali znanje u korišćenju interneta, posebno manjak praktičnih znanja u vezi korišćenja metoda i tehnika digitalnog marketinga. Blog je napisan na osnovu istraživanja i striktnim navođenjem izvora za dalje istraživanje, učenje i postepenu primenu tih metoda. Tradicionalne metode i off – line prezentacija samo su prikazane u tabeli bez uputstava i objašnjenja. Ukazali smo samo na osnovne zamke izbora i probleme kod dizajniranja oglasa.

  1. Osnovni elementi on – line oglašavanja

Ganot (2017) na web sajtu Perion u sjajnom tekstu objašnjava osam tipova oglašavanja koji bi trebali da se znaju i koriste za oglašavanje i promociju proizvoda. To je široka i kompleksna oblast koja traži raznovrsna praktična i savremena znanja u i oko korišćenja interneta. To, naravno, podrazumeva i mnoštvo drugih znanja koja se odnose na web sajt (dizajniranje, kontent, on-line prodaju i praćenje zadovoljstva potrošača), E – Commerce, E – Business koncept, kao i savremene metode i tehnike digitalizacije, posebno pravaca razvoja digitalne komunikacije, digitalnog marketinga, netvorkinga i korišćenja aplikacija za mobilne telefone.

Osnovni tipovi on- line oglašavanja su:

1.1 Display Advertising (Oglašavanje)

Oglašavanje čine on-line plaćeni oglasi koji koriste slike i tekst. Primeri tih oglasa su: Banners, Landing pages (LP’s) and Popups. Ta vrsta oglašavanja ne može se pokazati kao rezultat istraživanja interneta korišćenjem pretraživača (search engines), kao što su Google, Bing, Bing, Yahoo, Ask.com, AOL.com, Baidu, Wolframalpha, DuckDuckGo. Obično se koriste na web stranicama, on-line tekstovima i u blogovima da privuku pažnju i odvedu posetioce na zvaničan web sajt. Digiral Information World (2014) piše da ti oglasi u sedamdeset posto slučajeva odvedu posetioca na web sajt. Dakle, važan su metod oglašavanja i treba ih primenjivati.

1.2 Search Engine Marketing & Optimizacija (SEM) & (SEO)

Search Engine Marketing (SEM) je forma internet oglašavanja koja uključuje promociju web sajta kao rezultat pretraživanja na internetu, tzv. ’search engine results pages’ (SERPs). Umesto plaćanja za oglašavanja, kompanija plaća za povećanu vidljivost i dostupnost web sajta , tako što plaća za svaki klik na web sajtu od strane korisnika, potencijalnog potrošača ili slučajnog istraživanja. Osnovni benefit je prikupljanje specifičnih informacija o tržištu, potrošačima, njihove zainteresovanosti i identifikovanje ključnih reči (keywords). Search Engine Marketing (SEM) je strategija plaćanja kada kliknete na web sajt. Na taj način se povećava poseta na web sajtu s uvećanom verovatnoćom kupivine proizvoda i usluga.

Search Engine Optimisation (SEO) je kombinacija različitih strategija, tehnika i taktika koje se koriste da bi se postigla što bolja izlistanost (high ranking) web sajta koja je rezultat pretraživanja (SERP). Za SEO koriste se različite tehnike, kao na primer, linkovi, ključne reči, meta deskripcije. Search Engine Optimisation (SEO) obezbeđuje bolju prepoznatljivost i efektniji izbor web sajta boljim sadržajem, izborom ključnih reči i sadržajnijim opsiom proizvoda i usluga. Na taj način, obezbeđuje se pojavljivanje web sajta na vrhu liste tako da je to efektan način promocije, brendinga i bolje posete sajta.

1.3 Društvene mreže (Social Media)

Dreamgrow (2018) izlistao je 15 najpopularnijih socijalnih mreža i 10 najpopularnijih društvenih netvorking aplikacija. Videti više na: Most Popular Social Networking Sites and Apps.
Najpoznatije društvene mreže su: Facebook, YouTube, Instagram, Qzone, Weibo, Twitter, Reddit, Pinterest, Ask.fm, Tumblr, Flickr, Google+, LinkendIn, VK, Odnoklassniki i Meetup. Osnovna korist korišćenja društvenih mreža su: (1) poboljšana prepoznatljivost brenda; (2) veća lojalnost; (3) veća stopa konverzije; (4) smanjeni troškovi marketinga; (5) bolji rezultati pretraživanja (Better Search Engine Ranking). Najpoznatije društvene netvorking aplikacije su: WhatsApp, Messenger, WeChat, Instagram, QQ Chat, Qzone, Viber, LINE, Snapchat i YY. TheManifest (2019) navodi sledeće prednosti korišćenja mrežnih aplikacija: (1) obezbeđuju veći impakt i obim promocije; (2) smanjuju troškove; (3) obezbeđuju precizniji fokus; (4) uvećavaju prepoznatljivost brenda; (5) proširuju sadržaj marketinga; (6) daju pristup mobilnim korisnicima, i (7) prate modne i druge trendova na tržištu.
Kao što možete da zaključite ignorisanje ili nekorišćenje društvenih mreža znači trajno zaostajanje, slabiji brend, manju prepoznatljivost, slabiju prodaju proizvoda i usluga.

1.4 Izvorno oglašavanje (Native Advertising)

Izvorno oglašavanje je on-line sadržaj, koji odgovara formi i funkciji platforme na kojoj se pojavljuje. Primetili ste oglas pri dnu bloga ili na nekoj od društvenih medija, uputstvo, poput, ’dodatne preporuke za čitanje ili praćenje’, ’šta drugi vole’ ili ’šta drugi kupuju’ uz sliku proizvoda ili brenda s preporukom da kliknete na to. Na taj način, nudite širi asortiman i slične tipove proizvoda, olakšavate izbor i zadržavate pažnju potrošača.

1.5 Pay Per Click

Plaćanje po kliku (PPC) ili trošak po kliku (cost per click) je oglas koji imenom objašnjava koncept. To su oglasi koje oglašivači plaćaju samo kada korisnik klikne na njih, što doprinosi snazi upotrebe i korišćenja PPC-a. Ako je oglas videlo 100 posetilaca, ali samo je jedna osoba kliknula na oglas, cena oglasa iznosi samo za osobu koja je kliknula. PPC oglasi su obično tekstualni, sa eventualnom slikom, porukom ili logom preduzeća. Treba imati na umu da više od šezdeset posto posetilaca klikne na Google oglase kada želi da kupi neki proizviod ili uslugu korišćenjem interneta. Videti više na: MarketingDount.

1.6 Remarketing

Ponovni marketing (ili retargetiranje) je vrsta online oglašavanja koje imenom objašnava suštinu. Zasnovan je na ideji da kampanju prikazanih oglasa prilagodite korisnicima koji su prethodno posetili web sajt. Naime, poznato je da se samo 2 posto prvih poseta završi kupovimom. Znači, više od 98 posto korisnika odlazi s web sajta bez bilo kakve kupovine i upravo se one ponovo targetiraju, podsećanjem na interes i prvu posetu. Videti više na: Credit image: Re- marketing

1.7 Affiliate Marketing

Affiliate marketing je aranžman u kojem on-line prodavac plaća nadokandu advertiser (oglašivaču), publisher (izdavaču) ili consumer (potrošaču) za generisanje prodaje ili navođenja posete (saobraćaja) na njegov web sajt. U suštini, to je ugovor o oglašavanju između on-line prodavca, s jedne i sa tri strane – oglašivača, izdavača i potrošača, s druge strane.


1.8 Video Ads

Video oglasi su sve popularniji, posebno kod mlađe generacije potrošača. Predviđa se da će prihod od video klipova ubrzo dostići vrednost veću od 5 milijardi dolara, s najvećom prosečnom stopom klikova. odBI Intelligence je saopštio da će digitalni video dostići skoro 5 milijardi dolara u prihodima od oglasa i sa najvećom prosečnom stopom klikova, 1,84%, bilo kojeg digitalnog formata. YouTube je prva platforma za video zapise. Tako na primer, HubSpot izveštava da 48 posto marketinških kompanija planiraju da dodaju YouTube svojoj strategiji sadržaja u narednoj godini.


Zaključak


Osnovni preduslov uspeha i opstanka malih preduzeća na tržištu je efikasno i efektivno korišćenje interneta, društvenih medija, digitalne komunikacije i digitalnog marketinga, posebno aplikacija za mobilne telefone. Prisustvo na internetu omogućava bolju prepoznatljivost brenda, veću lojalnost potrošača, fleksibilnije prilagođavanje individualnim potrebama i navikama, manje operativne troškove što sve zajedno doprinosi boljem ugledu, konkurentnosti, većoj prodaju proizvoda i usluga na nacionalnom i međunarodnom tržištu. Prihvatanje, menjanje poslovnih navika i stalno prihvatanje i implementacija dinamičnih i kompleksnih promena osnova su preživljavanja, na kratk, opstanka, rasta i razvoja preduzeća na dugi rok.

“Dragi profesore, iako ste već  vjerovatno digli ruke, evo mene ! :-) Probio sam rokove, po principu "kasno Marko na Kosovo stiže". Međutim, ono što je meni najbitnije jeste da sam ja napisao rad, napravio prezentaciju i napisao izjavu, koje Vam u prilogu dostavljam. Diploma je bitna, naravno, ali meni je najbitnije da sam ja ispunio obavezu prema sebi i prema Vama koji ste nas obasipali sa toliko pažnje i energije. Budite sigurni da sam jednu stvar sigurno naučio kroz ILM program, odnosno od Vas, a to je upravljanje sobom i vremenom. Siguran sma da poslije ovog iskustva (a posebno kašnjenja kada je u pitanju rad koga sam pisao u žurbi i u trci sa vremenom) više nikada neću dozvoliti da me nedostatak vremena obeshrabri .Shvatio sam da vremena imam napretek, ali da ga treba dobro isplanirati pri tome određujući prioritete. Ovim završavam, da Vama ne bi oduzimao vrijeme. Puno srdačnih pozdrava za Vas, i zamolio bi Vas da , iako sam zakasnio, pogledate rad i date svoje sugestije i primjedbe, jer želim da ga završim i unaprijedim za "svoju dušu". :-)

Uvaženi profesore Ivanoviću, po završetku kursa Mali biznis – osnove uspeha, koji je bio organizovan na ECPD – u u Beogradu, ne mogu a da ne napišem nekoliko rečenica o svojim utiscima. Nakon dugo godina rada u obrazovanju bila sam učesnik velikog broja seminara, treninga, kurseva, edukativnih radionica i prvi put, iako ovo nije moja naučna oblast jer sam po obrazovanju diplomirani biolog, sam u potpunosti zadovoljna načinom i organizacijom predavanja, komunikacijom, a vreme koje sam provela nisam ni osetila. Ceo kurs mi je veoma pomogao da shvatim i na pravi način razumem osnovni koncept malog biznisa, razumem biznis plan, SWOT analizu, da napravim lični plan razvoja i sve ono što je bilo tema kursa. Cilj kursa je u potpunosti realizovan. Veliko hvala što sam imala priliku da učestvujem i nadam se nekom novom treningu!

Poštovani profesore Ivanoviću, dozvolite mi najpre, da se najsrdačnije zahvalim na ukazanoj mogućnosti da pohadjam kurs Mali biznis-osnovi uspeha u periodu od 15 do 16 decembra 2018. 17 . Od Vas smo mogli da čujemo i naučimo mnoge interesantne i korisne stvari, koje možda i nismo mogli pročitati u knjigama ili čuti na redovnim predavanjima. Iskreno se nadam da će biti prilike da ponovo pohadjamo neki sličan Kurs u organizaciji ECPD-a.

We probably spend more than 3 hours, and I must say, it was a great pleasure to meet Professor Ivanovic as a person and equally as a professor. Professor Ivanovic and I, we have exchanged ideas in relation to my thesis; discussed my interest on the subject and I have received great number of tips from the Professor, in terms of taking this further. We have decided: I do some more research, and start feeding the outcome into one paper, so that I can go back to Professor, prior presenting ECPD with the thesis proposal.
